Okay, so from here, I decided to work backwards, and when I can, translate previous chapters in order to make the ear-tweak manga translation site a more complete resource. At this point, I honestly don't know if I'll ever make it back to the beginning, but hey... I'll try. In any event, I wanted to at least complete tankoubon 34.

MAYOSE - (throughout chapter) "Mayose" in this case is the kanji for "devil" and "a medley." So it can probably mean something close to "gathering of the devils." It seems as if it was a name of sorts, so I chose not to translate it.

DIDN'T WANT YOU TO HAVE BEEN INVOLVED... - (page 2) "Omae ni... kakawate ite hoshiku nakatta..." Sango is saying here that she didn't want for Kohaku to have been involved in the killing. She didn't want him to have been involved with the rats. This line is a little ambiguous in English, hope this clarifies it. :)

ONLY A POWEFUL MAYOSE CAN... - (page 6) Here, Miroku says "Sore dake kyouryouku na mayose ga hodokusarete iru to iu koto ka." (A powerful mayose can be able to provide just that...) The rats seemed to be intent on something, and Miroku here is saying that only a poweful mayose could be the thing to make that kind of draw.

THIS DOESN'T LOOK LIKE KIKYOU - (page 7) Here, Inuyasha actually says "Kikyou no sugata," which more literally means something like "Kikyou's form/shape." It's a little hard to get across literally, but he's just saying that it's doesn't look like Kikyou.

TO DRAW KIKYOU OUT - (page 9) Hakudoushi uses the term "hikidaseru," which could mean to pull or draw out, although I've also seen it translated as "to seduce." This kid is such a creepily smooth talker. :P

THAT FACE REALIZES WHAT HE'S SAYING - (page 11) I love this line, but it sounded so clunky when it was literal. Shippou says "...are wa iwarete kizuita kao," which I translated as literally as I could. Had to kind of figure out what Shippou was trying to say in that, and the closest I can decide is that it's sarcasm. I can figure it in Japanese, but the English equivalent seemed weird. Basically he's saying "Inuyasha really DOESN'T realize what he's doing..." XD
