[FX: parasites - *swoop*]

[Kagura slices through them with a sweep of her wind blades.]

[FX: wind-blades - *WOOSH* parasites - *WHAP*]

[Kagura looks behind her, as the remains of the parasites fall to the ground.]

[FX: parasites - *rattle shuffle*]

KAGURA
Damn, there's no end to how many of these I kill.

[She notices smoke coming from a nearby forest.]

[FX: smoke - *SWOOSH*]

KAGURA
Hm?

[A close up of the insects, which are now being burned in fire.]

[FX: fire - *crackle*]

[Kohaku, dressed in his taijya outfit, is standing in frong of a tree, which is on fire. The base of the tree seems to have been covered with the parasites.]

[FX: fire *crackle*]

[Kagura has landed and is walking up behind Kohaku.]

KAGURA
You found the insect hive, Kohaku.

KOHAKU
Kagura-sama…

[Kagura folds her arms, looking slightly interested, or amused.]

KAGURA
What are those insects?

KOHAKU
They're parasites… but they're strange.

[Close up of Kohaku. Can't tell his expression from behind the mask.]

KOHAKU
These things are insects that feed off of larger youkai…
Although they're not supposed to be building outside of the hive.

[Close up of Kagura. She looks a little suspicious, yet a bit emotionless.]

KAGURA
Heh… you seem to know a lot, don't you?

[Now they're back up in the air, on Kagura's Giant Feather. Kohaku is riding behind her.]

[FX: *whoosh*]

KAGURA
Kohaku. What do you know?

[Kohaku looks up at her, a little surprised.]

KOHAKU
Huh?

[Kagura is looking back at him, probably annoyed.]

KAGURA
Don't play innocent.

[Kagura is looking a little determined to get answers.]

KAGURA
Why did that bastard Naraku order us to kill those parasites as soon as we found them?

[Kohaku looks completely innocent.]

KOHAKU That… I don't know.

[Close up of Kagura.]

KAGURA

KAGURA (OVER)
Don't you hear anything?
Because unlike me, Naraku trusts you.

[They fly over a landscape of evergreens, and in the distance, it looks as if one of the tree-covered mountains is moving...]

[FX: mountain - *rumble rumble*]

[They're both staring at it, shocked.]

KAGURA
(thinking) The mountain… moved?

[Behind her, one of Saimyoushou wasps is watching.]

[FX: saimyoushou - *buzz*

KAGURA
Saimyoushou...

[View of Kagura and Kohaku.]

KAGURA
They're saying to return.
Let's go.

[Close up of Kohaku, who's looking a little worried and still shocked.]

KOHAKU
It's not my imagination…
Just now, that mountain certainly is…

[Cloudy frame - Scene Change.]

[Inuyasha and Kagome are standing on what looks like the edge of a huge crater or cliff of some sort. Miroku is standing behing them as Inuyasha looks down into the space.]

KAGOME
Whoa!

[A wide view of the area shows that there is indeed an ENORMOUS crater there. So large that we can't even see the group in the shot anymore...]

[FX: winds - *woosh* rock trees - *rustle*]

KAGOME
That's… the remains of a mountain?

[View of Sango, Shippou, and Miroku.]

MIROKU
So the rumors from the village people were real, weren't they?

SANGO
That's what they said.
One night, seven days ago, the mountain disappeared.

[Kagome walks up behind Inuyasha, who is concentrating on something. Probably a scent he picked up on the ground.]

KAGOME
I wonder if this has something to do with the parasites.

INUYASHA
…….

"Sure the real-estate was cheap, but the neighbors were REALLY weird..."

INUYASHA
It's faint, but…
Naraku's scent is still lingering.

[ BIG SURPRISED LOOK FROM THE GANG! As if to say, "NARAKU?! NO FUCKING WAY!!"]

INUYASHA (OVER)
There's also a youkai's scent. This place is fucking soaked in it. So it must have been here a long time.

[Inuyasha stands up and starts to leave.]

MIROKU
Are we going after it?

INUYASHA
Obvious, ain't it? Let's get going.

[Scene Change. Somewhere in the mountains, where Kagura and Kohaku are hiding out. Probably making s'mores and trading secret handshakes and every how and then, they sing "Michael, Row the Boat Ashore..." (just kidding.) :P

[FX: winds - *blowing*]

[Closer view of the little house that they're hiding in.]

[Kohaku is looking over the edge of the banister of the deck. No real expression]

KOHAKU
Parasites and… a moving mountain…

[Close-up of Kohaku.]

KOHKAU
(thinking) The parasites are being deprived of a place to go.
They could no longer live inside of the larger youkai.

[Side view of Kohaku, who's looking more serious now.

KOHAKU
Naraku ordered us to kill the parasites...
So that we wouldn't find out about that...

That moving mountain… perhaps that's
The host for all of those parasites….

[Kohaku looks into the distance and ses Kagura flying off on her feather.]

KOHAKU

[Closer view of Kagura. She looks quite determined about something. But about what, we can't tell...]

[Kohaku watches her leave. He looks a little curious.]

KOHAKU
Kagura…?

[Hakudoushi appears in shadows of the doorway behind Kohaku. Kohaku looks behind him, a little worried, perhaps?]

HAKUDOUSHI
Going about as she pleases is that woman's bad habit.

HAKUDOUSHI
I don't know why…
Naraku would allow a woman he does not trust that much to remain alive.

KOHAKU

KAGURA
I'm not mistaken. That mountain was alive.

[Inuyasha-tachi are hot on pursuit of... something.
Kagome rides on Inuyasha's back, while Sango, Miroku, and Shippou are on Kirara.]

[Kagome jumps off of Inuyasha's back. Now the group is looking over a mountainside. In the distance... one of the mountains is obviously moving.]

[FX: mountain - *RUMBLE RUMBLE*

KAGOME
A MOUNTAIN...

[Suddenly, the mountain appears to STAND! The view looks like a fisheye lens, in order to get a full view. The creature is enormous!]

[FX: Mountain - *WHOOSH!* rocks - *crackle rumble*

[A view of the group, who all look... a bit at a loss for words. Or, more like, "HOLY HELL, WE'RE IN TROUBLE!" Or something.]

KAGOME
YIKES!

SANGO
A youkai!?

"Meet your new neighbor!"

[The creature turns its head. Now it's obvious that it IS a youkai of some sort. Its two eyes are wide and bulging, looking down at the little intruders. It also has some thick, rather vicious-looking fangs.]

[FX: rocks *clatter*]

[And then the youkai slams its fist into the ground, attempting to crush the gang.]

[FX: mountain: *WHAAAM!!!* rocks - *crash clatter*]

INUYASHA
Whoa!

[Inuyasha grabs onto Kagome and gets her out of the way. Sango, Miroku, and Kirara jump out of harms' way, as well.]

[Inuyasha lands on the ground and shouts up at the youkai.]

[FX: Rocks - *WHUMP*]

INUYASHA
What the FUCK are you doing so suddenly!

[He glares up at the youkai, furious.]

INUYASHA
Bastard! You're Naraku's underling!?

[Well, THAT seems to get the youkai's attention....]

MOUNTAIN YOUKAI
Naraku…
… you said…?

[FX: rocks *clatter clatter*]

[An overhead view (probably from the youkai's view) of Inuyasha-tachi. They all have these open-mouthed gapes on their faces that almost looks comical... heh-heh-heh...]

MOUNTAIN YOUKAI
That was the name of the fool who…
Came into my body…
And awoke me from my sleep.

[Inuyasha suddenly has a realization.]

INUYASHA (thinking)
Naraku was… in the belly of this youkai!?

[From behind the mountain youkai, Kagura has been spying on the gang; she's overheard the conversation. Although it's kinda amazing if she heard the screaming from Inuyasha's end of the conversation. Hehe, as loud a voice as Inuyasha has, she would have to be SOME hearing, eh?]

KAGURA
.....

[Close up of Kagura, who is shocked at hearing the youkai's claim.]

KAGURA (thinking)
What does that mean?

[A frame of Naraku, looking pretty badass...]

MOUNATAIN YOUKAI (OVER)
Upon completely inhaling the filty shouki and youki from him,

MOUNTAIN YOUKAI
I awoke from a two-hundred year sleep.

"That's it... I'm moving to Tokyo!"

MOUNTAIN YOUKAI
He… Plundered and escaped with the Mamori Ishi...
the protecting stone, from within my body.

[View of Miroku and Inuyasha.]

INUYASHA (thinking)
Protecting stone?

[Suddenly, the youkai attacks them again. He pounds his fist into the ground.]

[FX: Mounatin - *SLAM!!!*]

MOUNTAIN YOUKAI
Where is Naraku! If you're hiding him, I will not forgive you, either!

[Inuyasha grabs Kagome and leaps out of the way of the flailing youkai fist.]

[Inuyasha glares back at the youkai, very angry.]

INUYASHA
You stupid shit!
We came here after Naraku, too…

[Obviously the mountain youkai is slow to hear or just doesn't care. Another fist swooshes past them/]

INUYASHA
GAH!

[A view of the group again. Inuyasha has unsheated Tessaiga and is ready to attack.]

MIROKU
Don't kill it, Inuyasha! Listen to what it has to say.

[Inuyasha shouts back.]

INUYASHA
YEAH, I KNOW!

INUYASHA (thinking)
…but really, this guy aint' acting like it wants a to have a nice little talk.
